The Company holds approximately 30% of the investment units in the mutual fund and rents the Sri Panwa Hotel to return to management for a period of 15 years with fixed rental as agreed. Currently, Sri Panwa Hotel Property Fund converted to a trust under the name of Real Estate Investment Trust for Sri Panwa Hotel. In December 2016, the construction of HABITA Hotel, which has 30 additional Pool Suite and Penthouse rooms and X29 villas, is also sold to a real estate investment trust for Sri Panwa Hotel.
